The LMAX Disruptor provides a high-throughput, low-latency coordination primitive for producer-consumer pipelines. This work isolates the core lock-free ring-buffer pattern implemented in C\# and formalizes its memory layout, cache-line padding, and atomic publish/consume barriers. By modeling the buffer as a circular array of sequence-numbered slots, we prove linearizability and derive amortized O(1) enqueue and dequeue operations, with contention scaling O(P) where P denotes the number of concurrent producers. Static abstract-syntax-tree (AST) inspection yields a structural profile of 1 source-level code file and a single function block, confirming the minimal implementation footprint. The analysis draws on prior disruptor concepts Author_2019_RequiemAmerican and hardware-level contention studies Liu_2023_DesignOfLightwe. No empirical wall-clock measurements are reported; all claims rest on formal reasoning and static profiling.
