Logical clocks enable deterministic causal ordering in distributed systems, yet practical implementations in high-level scripting languages remain under-explored. This paper presents a PHP library that couples Lamport timestamp synchronization with a balanced B-Tree index to support point and range queries in O(log N) time while preserving monotonic causal order. The design maintains two invariants: (i) the B-Tree remains height-balanced and key-ordered, and (ii) every stored timestamp respects the Lamport monotonicity condition across message exchanges. Formal proofs establish invariant preservation under node insertion, deletion, and timestamp update operations. Static analysis of the source yields a structural profile of 100 source-lines, four function blocks, and O(N) auxiliary memory. No empirical wall-clock measurements are reported; evaluation relies exclusively on abstract syntax-tree inspection and asymptotic analysis.
