We present a lightweight, lock-free Kotlin library that couples a UART state machine with a wear-aware flash memory model. The design enforces a linearizable send/receive protocol and a monotonic wear counter, guaranteeing that no write exceeds the prescribed wear budget. Formal invariants are proven using a simple atomic state machine and a bounded-buffer abstraction. Static analysis of the source yields an O(1) amortized enqueue and O(1) dequeue under contention, with an auxiliary memory bound of O(N). The implementation is fully verified against the provided flash-memory and UART specifications, and
